While on MMF , Cici asks us in this round last week, show a picture of us, from top to toe ... she says it's a joke!

You discover one of our favorite recipes, something that we like to cook and eat!

She was more confident that we are all very good, even excellent cooks, and she wants you to do all that salivate, and that you share the recipe!

So fasten your seatbelts and go for my taste nirvana!

That ...... , First ingredients

Tajine Makfoul
According , DH is preparing the lamb or chicken, or mix it:
8 pieces of lamb or chicken, or lamb and chicken
2 onions 1 tomato

1 tablespoon chopped parsley 1 tablespoon
saffron
1 tablespoon sugar
1 / 2 teaspoon Coffee
ginger 1 teaspoon cinnamon 4 sticks cinnamon

salt and pepper
1 glass and a half of oil (preferably olive)


Recipe:


Mince onions.


Place meat in a casserole with half the onions, 1 / 2 teaspoon salt, 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper, 1 / 2 teaspoon cinnamon and other spices.


Add 2 cups water, cover and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally.


After 1 hour 30 minutes or so, remove the meat from the casserole.


Discard the remaining sauce, onions, peeled and crushed tomatoes, sugar and 1 / 2 teaspoon cinnamon.

Cook until onions are translucent and caramelized.


Put the pieces of meat in the sauce.


Remove cinnamon sticks


Serve in a dish and serve hot.
