Term Data Commissioner

, 18 rue Antoine Bourdelle, 75015 Paris

An exhibition devoted to Isadora Duncan will be held until March 14 at the Musée Bourdelle. Besides paintings, sculptures, costumes, drawings, engravings and photographs, a very large number of documents (magazines, programs, correspondence, ephemera) has traced the history of dancing barefoot. The first room presents L'Oeil cacodylate photographed by Man Ray in dimensions more imposing than the cliché of the Dada exhibition at Beaubourg. About Man Ray and his canvas Isadora Duncan naked in the catalog of the exhibition Man Ray at the bookstore Six in December 1921 ( see my post of December 7, 2009 ), I read now this: "[...] Isadora Duncan naked, dated 1922, was not exposed and was perhaps wishful thinking of Tzara, the author the catalog. "(1)

The response to my inquiry notice she was in the catalog itself? A check anyway ...

catalog Isadora Duncan moved (almost?) all Documents works and presentations.
